Renewing a Day Care Centre Certificate
Day Care Certificates must be renewed ANNUALLY.
- Purchase renewal forms from Department of Social Welfare.
- Provide 1 photocopy of previous Certificate.
- The forms must then be taken to Accra for award of Renewal Certificate.
- This can be done by the Department of Social Welfare for a fee.
